The full HyperBidz Privacy Policy will be published here before launch. It will cover what data the app collects, how it’s used, how identity documents are stored and protected, and your rights, including deleting your account and data.
AI services we use
- Smart search: when you search while signed in, your search words are sent to Voyage AI to find matching listings. If a search finds nothing, its words may also be sent to Claude (Anthropic) to understand Lebanese spellings and dialect. Your name and phone number are not sent.
- Support chat: messages you write in Help and support are answered by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. The HyperBidz team can read these conversations to help you.
- Content checks: before a question, answer, deal message, listing or display name goes up, its text is checked by Claude (Anthropic) for harmful content such as abuse, harassment or sexual content.
- Anthropic processes this text to provide the service and does not use it to train its models.
